Express shipments to Germany are sent via GO Express. Orders placed before 11:00 AM are shipped the same day and will arrive by 12:00 PM the following day.

Standard and express shipping within Austria is handled by the Austrian Post.

If you have an import license, we can ship anywhere.

Otherwise, we only ship to Austria and Germany.

Yes.

Should the cuttings not arrive intact, we will of course send a free replacement.

Please take a photo immediately after opening the package. Without photographic evidence, we cannot send a replacement.

Austrian narcotics law permits us to sell hemp plants exclusively for ornamental purposes. Providing information on how to obtain cannabis would be a criminal offense.

We have a strict IPM program that covers all common pests/fungi (thrips, spider mites, powdery mildew...).

Everything is 100% organic and tested.

Yes. Every variety shown on the website is a mother plant in our production and is harvested approximately every 14 days. Therefore, if something is currently sold out, it will usually be back online within the next 2-4 weeks.

We get this question a lot, but there's no right answer.

Each variety has something special about it; otherwise, it wouldn't have made it onto our menu.

At the end of the day, it's purely a matter of taste.
